The Fondazione Mont’e Prama processes the personal data supplied by the users through its pages on the social media platforms, within the scope of its institutional aims, exclusively to manage the interactions with users (comments, public posts, etc.), in compliance with the legislation in force and in the manner described in detail in the Social Media policy.

 

Legal basis for processing
Any personal data published (disseminated) on this website are processed by the Fondazione Mont’e Prama for the performance of its task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority (Article 6(1)(e) GDPR) or for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Fondazione Mont’e Prama is subject (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) including the information and communication obligations to which public authorities are subject (Law 150/2000), and the obligations of publicity, transparency and dissemination of information (Legislative Decree 33/2013).

 

Scope of communication, data recipients and data processors
The users’ personal data may be disclosed to the data controller’s employees and/or collaborators responsible for managing the website and handling users’ requests. The Fondazione Mont’e Prama formalises the instructions, tasks and obligations of such third parties by designating them as “data processors” and submits them to periodic checks to ascertain the maintenance of the levels of data protection recorded at the time of the initial appointment.
